Where do you ship to?

Currently, our shipping services are available exclusively within the borders of the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Upon completion of the production time, shipping will take approximately 3-5 days.

How do I track my order?

Once the item is picked up / dropped off by the parcel center (USPS), you will receive a tracking notice. It's important to note that I don't have control over the shipping speed or whether the product is lost or received incorrectly once it is in the hands of the mail carrier. If needed, you can file a claim for lost or damaged items with USPS and choose to purchase a new product.

Process & Return Policy

How long does it take to process my order?

Kindly allow approximately fourteen business days (not including holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please note that custom orders may require additional time for processing.

How do I return an item?

When making a purchase, please double-check the item size/color to ensure accuracy, as returns are only accepted for items that are the wrong size and not custom requests. We prioritize clear communication through custom requests to minimize any errors.

Can I make exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted for all non-custom orders. You are responsible for paying shipping.
